Patient Online Access

Online access to appointment booking, prescription ordering, results and detailed medical record summary are available for all patients. To register contact the surgery and present photographic identification & proof of address to get your access activated.

If you are feeling unsure about using a computer to access online services - AGE UK are offering Accessing the NHS Online workshops or one to one help at the Gateway Centre, Gillingate, Kendal. For more information call 01539 792019 or email Workshops: 10am - 4pm Thursdays   10am - 1pm Fridays

Online Services & Record Access

Better manage your own health through access to your detailed coded medical record Online. By registering for this service you will be able to access your allergy, medication, immunisation information, test results and a detailed coded record summary of your medical record. There are links below that will give you plenty of details about how the online access will work.

How can I Access Online Medical Records?

You must read the Information leaflet below, complete the application form and present photographic identification and proof of address.

You can also request Proxy access to your children's medical records - please speak to us if this is something you would like.
