Patient Online Access

Online access to appointment booking, prescription ordering, results and detailed medical record summary are available for all patients. To register contact the surgery and present photographic identification & proof of address to get your access activated.

If you are feeling unsure about using a computer to access online services - AGE UK are offering Accessing the NHS Online workshops or one to one help at the Gateway Centre, Gillingate, Kendal. For more information call 01539 792019 or email gateway@ageuksouthlakeland.org.uk Workshops: 10am - 4pm Thursdays   10am - 1pm Fridays

New Patients

We are currently registering new patients - please call into Reception or click on the link above (in the grey box) 

Staff Training

We are closed for Staff Training on the afternoon of Thursday 24th November from 1pm to 8am the following day - prescriptions can be collected from Lloyds Pharmacy (next door)
