I manage the day to day running of the practice, which includes staff management, recruitment, finance, dealing with maintenance issues, patient participation & complaints, working with other surgeries in the area plus anything else which comes my way!

Patient Service Manager

I manage the Reception, Dispensary and Admin Team - working with them to ensure a high quality of service for our patients. I am responsible for the Patient Reference Group - come and be a member and support us in how we can improve our surgery

Administration

I manage the day to day running of the reception and team. This includes organising clinics, maintaining all aspects of reception service for our patients.

Mrs Rachel Slater (f)

I am a Practice Administrator responsible for a range of centralised administrative duties for the practice to include dealing with patients & telephone answering to support front facing departments during busy times, organising communications with staff/patients, utilising IT systems for clinics and rotas and processing third party / patient records access requests.

Reception

The Reception Team will be your regular and first point of contact. Their aim is to be as helpful as possible and assist you to use our services.

I am medical secretary to the doctors, typing all referral letters for patients, following up any review appointments & other chasing up as deemed necessary by the doctors.
