Station House Surgery is a forward thinking Practice providing care for 10,000 patients in the market town of Kendal. We embrace change and have a whole team approach. We deliver exceptional patient care and provide a flexible and supportive environment for staff.
We are looking to find a new team member to join our Reception team, who shares our ethos of delivering exceptional customer service. You will need to have great communication skills with a track record of delivering excellent customer care. You will need to be able to work accurately, have good IT skills, be flexible and able to work under pressure. .
We are a friendly and committed team who continuously strive to improve services. Our multi-disciplinary team is supportive and we pride ourselves on a culture of collaboration and joint working.
Previous experience in a similar role would be preferable although we will provide a full training package for the right candidate.
Ideally we are looking for someone to work 30 hours per week. Rotas are provided a month in advance but it is an essential requirement of the job that you are able to work flexibly and be available to work a share of early (7:30 am) and late finishes (6:30pm).
