Online Services

How do online services work?

Online services allow you to contact the surgey and manage your health from your smartphone, computer and tablet.

Proxy Online Access

Do you need help managing your healthcare?

If you're both patients at our practice, your trusted person can apply to have access to online GP services on your behalf.

Invite your trusted person to find out more about applying for access to another patient's GP services on the NHS website.

This service is designed and run by the NHS, so your personal information is safe.

The NHS App

The NHS App enables you:

  • Book appointments
  • Order repeat prescriptions
  • View test results
  • Message the surgery
  • View your online medical record
  • View your Covid-19 vaccine passport

Proxy Access for Child Aged Under 16

  • Use this service to apply for access to the GP services of a child aged under 16. This is sometimes called having proxy access.
  • You can only get online access to a child's GP services if you are their parent or guardian with legal parental responsibility.

Find out more about parental responsibility on GOV.UK.

Child Proxy Access
