*MMR Important Information*
Measles cases are on the rise, with unvaccinated children and young adults at risk of becoming seriously unwell. You need two doses of MMR to be fully protected (usually given at 13 months and 3 years 4 months)
You can check immunisation history on the NHS App or in your child's Red Book.
If the NHS App or Red Book does not show 2 MMR vaccinations, please contact the surgery to book yours or your childs' appointment today.
If you do develop any symptoms of measles, contact your GP by phone. Please do not go to your GP, walk-in centre or any other healthcare setting without calling ahead, as measles is very infectious and so arrangements can be made to prevent others from being infected
